Hey guys, since my introduction was really short and abrupt, I wanted to put more about myself out there. My highest weight was 168 pounds and my lowest was 104 pounds and I am 5 ft 6/5 ft 7. I lost 64 pounds over the course of six months in between hospital stays. After my second hospitalization, I went back up to the 120's which I believe is my set point. However I let my guard down and gained up to the 130's. I yo-yoed between the two for four years and am just returning to my E.D. I am hoping to lose 40 pounds in six months to get down into the nineties, but my ultimate goal is 85 pounds. I have already mapped out a plan. I am starting at 1000-1100 calories a day and want to eventually get down to zero or complete fasting. I plan to decrease my intake by 100-200 calories every two weeks and to alternate my calories some days to prevent a weight loss plateau. I am completely cutting out all forms of dairy, meat and fat and eating just a limited amount of carbohydrates.
My diet staples are:
Hot drinks: coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccinos and lattes made with Almond Milk and Splenda.
Dried fruit: my favorites are mango, apricots and apples but I hate raisins.
Vegetarian mock meats/soy meats/tofu: these are much lower in calorie than the real thing.
Eggs: filling, low calorie and a good protein boost.
Protein bars/Luna bars/Lara bars: filling and protein boost.
Giving up:
Sweets
Candy
Chips
Complex carbs besides bread and potatoes.
Pizza
Peanut butter (but I'd eat all natural cashew or almond butter).
Anything else I can think of I'll update this list and add them to it .
What You and I want to avoid
SO DONT EAT!
