Safety Foods You Should Have In Your Possession

Safety foods are foods that we can rely on to keep us full without making us fat. Here are mine:

      1. Cashew butter
Low calorie and as satisfying as peanut butter. Most cashew butters are 80 calories a     tablespoon and contain much less fat than peanut butter or almond butter.


2. Salads
These can look like a shitload of food. Just use a ton of greens and then throw in cucumbers, peppers, carrots, fruits, chopped egg or lean meat.


3. Almond milk and Fiber one cereal.

Fiber one cereal is only 60 calories per serving and almond milk is only 30-60 calories a cup if you get the right kind.

 
   4. Eggs
   Eat the white or the whole thing. Only 17 (egg white) - 70 (whole egg) per egg.
5. Canned crab meat 
    Only 80 calories a can or 40 calories a serving, it's less than tuna!
 6. Soy cheese
     Soy cheese can be as low as 25 calories a slice!

7. Reduced Calorie bread and Bagel Thins
Low calorie carbs- need I say more?



8. Passion fruits and guavas
These are super low calorie fruits.

9. Boca Original Vegan Burgers
Only 70 calories a burger!


10. Qorn Naked Chik'N Cutlets


11. Air Popped Popcorn 
Low calorie and filling!
