Tips and Tricks Straight From My Lips.....


1.Always plan your meals ahead of time.

2. Avoid going out to eat on a whim, especially to restaurants that don't list calorie information.

3. Eat a high protein low carb diet to burn more fat.

4. Eat the majority of your calories early in the day so that you have time to burn it off.

5. Avoid carbs and salt like the plague. They will make you retain water and make it harder to lose weight.

6. Switch up how many calories you eat everyday to avoid weigh loss plateaus. I recommend doing high and low calorie days.

7. Exercise so when you lose weight you aren't left with loose  saggy skin.

8. Stay hydrated. Liquid helps to regulate and speed up your metabolism.

9. Do not completely cut fat out of your diet or you will not burn fat as you lose weight.

10. Get rid of hunger pains by filling up on liquids, specifically hot liquids like coffee, tea and broth.

11. Spread out your calories over the day so that you don't get hungry and binge and your metabolism remains working at top speed .

12. Wear weights when you get weighed so that you can hide your weight loss.

13. Never tell anyone you're on a diet to avoid suspicions. Don't tell them that you think you are fat either.

14. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. They are low calorie and will fill you up.

15. Avoid calorically dense foods. Eat safe and low calorie foods so that you can eat more.

16. If you don't have access to a scale, use a tape measure to track your progress or lack off through body measurements.

17. Green tea/ black coffee/ diet soda: zero calories, caffeine, and it settles your appetite. 

18. Fruit & Veggies first! when you are obligated to eat in front of people, and there is no way out, fill your plate as much as you can with fruits and vegetables, especially negative calorie ones (foods that burn more calories digesting than eating).

19. Excuses, excuses! Avoid eating as much as you physically can, so tell people that you either have already eaten, feel sick, are vegetarian/ lactose intolerant/ allergic, will eat later, aren't hungry, or don't like the food.

20. Avoid food when possibleDo things during your meal times! Study, do homework, hang with friends, or just distract yourself from eating.

21. Start your calorie intake at dinner! For people living with parents, dinner time is always inevitable! Take the calories you ate at dinner and have them be your starting intake for the next day. Restrict to make up for overeating! 

22. Buy clothes a size or two smaller as weight loss motivation.

23. Treat yourself to your favorite things (not food) for every couple of pounds you lose.

24. Take vitamins to keep your body healthy and prevent hair loss, anemia and other sucky shit.

25. Try diet pills to help you lose weight.

26. Take laxatives or enemas every once in a while to clean out your system. 

27. Look at thinspiration and reverse thinspiration  to stay motivated.

28. Get a calorie counting book to help you plan your meals.

29. Always eat in front of people so no one thinks you aren't eating.

30. Leave empty food wrappers all around your house so that your family thinks you are eating.

31. If you are given food to eat, empty it into a ziplock, plastic bag, etc. and throw it out away from the house. Only flush it down the toilet bit by bit if it's an emergency and you don't have anywhere else to get rid of it. 

32. Clear the history on your computer, iPhone, iPad and use a pass code if you go on pro Ana sites and blogs.

33. Keep a food log/ journal/diary.

34. Buy your own scale and hide it some place secret like under your mattress and lock your room door at all times if you can.

35. Watch whoever in your family cooks the food so you can correctly estimate how many calories are in each meal.

36. Use measuring cups to make sure you aren't accidentally consuming more calories than you think you are.

37. Layer up clothes to hide weightless and keep warm.

38. Only weigh yourself after you shit so you can get a correct weight.

39. Try to purge, exercise or restrict to make up for the calories if you binge.

40. Visit this blog quite often to stay motivated.
